Bloom characteristics:
Inflorescence is about 15" (38 cm) long with up to 45 white to slightly yellow flower. Flowers are 2" (5 cm) across.

Description:
This variety is more compact than the species. The name “curvicaule” comes from the fact that the pseudobulb of the original type specimen was curved. Any D. speciosum will grow like this if it is growing up from under a rock, but otherwise, their pseudobulbs are straight.
