Distribution: Assam (Manipur) to China (S Yunnan) and Peninsular Malaysia

Bloom characteristics: Inflorescence is 6-16" long with many orange flowers streaked in red. Flowers are .2" across.
Bloom Time (northern hemisphere): February to June; September to December; peaks in October
Description: The Red Fox Bulbophyllum has flowers which are slightly variable in color, and can range from pure yellow, to marked with dark purple streaks.
