Description:
This large, easy to grow orchid has flowers which vary in color and shape, but are united in their interesting pollination strategy. Because C. speciosa grows in a monsoonal habitat, it has flowers which droop down, to prevent rain from washing away its pollinia or self-pollinating its own flowers.
